Armageddon Update

Mon Mar 23, 2009, 12:19 AM
:meditate: Undervalued Artists! :meditate:

:snowflake: So it turns out the dA stand at the upcoming convention, Armageddon, has been pushed all the way to some back corner that is actually the end of a hallway. That's irritating, especially considering how many cool artists will be at the stand this year.

:snowflake: Ah well, hopefully with my gf cosplaying as Sumomo and her friend cosplaying as Kotoko we should be able to pull many people to the stand and gather attention. After all, I know she'll be spending a lot of time around her favourite artist; Nani. Hopefully all this direction and people knowing members of the stand will bring in enough people to sell all the merchandise that will be there.

:snowflake: Sadly, with recent ailments I haven't gotten much done for the con, at least not as much as I wanted to. However I've still been able to help Nani with her comic, so I don't feel so bad. Pity I couldn't get the alterations I wanted made to my cloak, but oh well, I have awesome aviator goggles, so I suppose they make up for it.

:snowflake: I admit, I've drawn some revealing smut, but it's not going to be uploaded here because it'd violate policy. You can, however, find it on FA... although I'm not about to make finding it easy >X3

:meditate: Also, if you're interested, the details for the dA stand at Welly-geddon can be found here; [link]

Yup yup, all the way back there. Hopefully we can successfully advertise the stall enough to get lots of people to come over.

You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.
:icontetrajak:
Well, I suggest you plan it out and practice it with Indya if you want to make it work.

See, I don't even know where it is... I've never been where ever that is... I don't think people walk there...
:icontetrajak:
I never knew there was a room there until I saw that map, although I know the place well enough to be able to find it. A few others I know know where it is too, so we should be able to guide people to it.

I wish I knew where it was.... I wonder... maybe it's normally closed... >.>
:icontetrajak:
I think last year a few stalls were along the wall in front of the door that is closest to the main area. I also never explored down the end of that hallway so never found it.

Do you remember the male asian artist who had a circular drawing pad with squarish manga drawing paper sitting in the corner near the anime screening room? The corner he was in is the one nearest that door to where the dA stand is.
